Method
- Dissolve yeast in warm water with 1 teaspoon of sugar, in a large bowl. Allow the yeast to bloom for 5-10 minutes.
- Add oil, remaining sugar, eggs, salt and flour; mix well.
- Let stand, covered, at room temperature for 8 hours to overnight.
- Knead lightly on floured surface.
- Cut into 12 equal sized pieces, rolling into balls.
- Place in a greased baking pan.
- Let rise, covered, in a warm place for 4 to 6 hours or until doubled in size.
- Bake at 400ā for 10 – 12 minutes or until golden brown.
